OFF COURT WORKOUT

A lot of players think that the game is won and lost by the amount of points scored in a game. While talent will help you, it is the hard work and effort that is put into preparing your body away from the court that will help you in the long run and keep you on the court during the important moments on the game, rather than on the bench huffing and puffing for air. Not all workouts have to include a crazy amount of running or lifting heavy weights. If you take a look at the attached document, we have put together a complete body weight workout that takes at most 30 minutes to complete and is something that you can do in your bedroom, living room or garage with very little to no equipment and will help you get through the tough grind of practice and your next battle on the court.
